JudaicaHQ collects as little as a working website allows.

What we collect

• Outbound click counts. When you click a link that leaves JudaicaHQ for a merchant site, we record that the link was clicked, the time, which JudaicaHQ page you came from, and a coarse browser family (for example “Chrome” or “Safari”). We do not record your IP address, and we do not set a cookie to do this.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, how visitors arrive, and general (city-level) location and device information. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and processes data under Google’s privacy policy. We use it only to see how the site is used, not to identify individual visitors.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived operational request logs, as virtually all hosting does.

What we don’t do

• No advertising scripts, ad targeting, or remarketing.
• No cookies of our own for regular visitors — the only cookies are Google Analytics’s, described above. (A login cookie exists only for site administrators.)
• No sale or sharing of visitor data.
• No accounts or visitor profiles.
